Veltneon Inc. ("Veltneon", "we", "us", or "our") is dedicated to protecting the privacy of medical institutions, clinicians, and patients whose diagnostic scans are processed through the Auravita platform.

1. HIPAA & Business Associate Commitment

In providing diagnostic support services, Veltneon operates as a Business Associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We process Protected Health Information (PHI) exclusively under a fully executed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with our client Covered Entities.

To maintain data containment, DICOM image files are parsed locally within the hospital's network buffer, stripping out patient names, social security numbers, and contact indices before images are routed to our GPU inference arrays.

2. Information We Process

For general web visitors, we collect only minimal access telemetry and contact form fields (name, email, professional clinical status, hospital affiliation).

For participating beta partner systems, our ingestion endpoints process:

• Anonymized chest and skeletal X-ray image matrices (DICOM format)
• Inference confidence scores and diagnostic classification tags
• System connection logs generated during PACS/EHR integrations

3. Data Isolation & Hardware Security

All clinical image evaluations execute on dedicated physical **NVIDIA H100 Tensor Core GPUs** leased or owned by Veltneon. No data is stored or processed on shared public cloud nodes, and no patient files are used to retrain foundation models, preventing external leak pathways.

4. Security Controls

We implement industry-standard physical, technical, and administrative controls, including:

• End-to-end transport layer encryption (TLS 1.3)
• AES-256 local database encryption
• Role-based access controls (RBAC) audited by our clinical informatics officers
• Hourly deletion of session tokens from inference caches
