Welcome to the Veltneon website and Auravita platform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to Veltneon Inc. ("Veltneon") static web pages and sandboxed clinical evaluation environments.
By accessing our site, requesting a demonstration, or signing a pilot waitlist, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
IMPORTANT: Veltneon does not provide medical treatment, diagnoses, or clinical advice. The Auravita AI Radiology Platform is designed exclusively to serve as diagnostic decision support. All recommendations, alerts, bounding box segmentations, and predictive outputs are advisory.
Attending physicians and radiologists maintain sole responsibility for verifying model outputs, reviewing original DICOM scans, and signing off on radiology reports before treatment decisions are executed.
Access to sandboxed PACS integrations or local GPU inference containers is subject to the execution of a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and a detailed Pilot Service Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the BAA, the BAA shall govern.
All model weights, source interfaces, documentation pages, CSS/JS configurations, graphics, logos, and custom CUDA compilation procedures are the sole property of Veltneon Inc. and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
Veltneon is in seed-stage operation. We deliver evaluation environments "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" for pilot testing purposes. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding model accuracy, PACS uptime, or regulatory clearance except as explicitly outlined in signed pilot agreements.
